The Consulate General of India in Dubai warns Indian passport holders against allowing travel agencies to affix stickers on passport covers.
The consulate General of India statement issued "It has been noticed on many occasions that Indian passports are being used by many travel agents as an advertising platform."
The Indian passport holders must ensure that passports are not used by travel agents or any other individuals or entities for advertising purposes.
The travel agents destroy the cover of their passport by pasting stickers of their agency or company.
The Indian Consulate General in Dubai warns all Indian passport holders that such activity is contrary to the guidelines of the Government of India.
